If you are a resident of a state with an applicable consumer privacy law, you may have certain rights with respect to your Personal Information. This supplemental section, together with the other relevant sections of this Policy, provides information about those rights and how to exercise them under applicable state privacy laws, which may include the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA”), and implementing regulations, as applicable. Unless otherwise expressly stated, terms used in this section have the meanings given to them under the applicable state privacy law.

Disclosure of Your Personal Information
Below, we have provided more detail regarding the two ways we disclose your Personal Information: (a) “sales” and/or “sharing” of Personal Information (for a commercial purpose) and (b) general disclosures of Personal Information for a business purpose.
“Sales” and “Sharing” of Personal Information
Under California law, a “sale” broadly includes any disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for valuable consideration, which does not need to be monetary. “Sharing” includes disclosing Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
In the past 12 months, we may have “sold” and/or “shared” the following categories of Personal Information to the following third parties:

Disclosure of Personal Information for a Business Purpose
To manage our business and provide services to you, we sometimes disclose Personal Information to service providers or contractors. These service providers or contractors cannot further collect, sell, share, or use the Personal Information we disclose to them except as necessary to perform the designated purposes or as instructed by us.

Your Rights
California residents may have the following rights under the CCPA, subject to applicable legal limitations and exceptions. These rights generally apply to Personal Information covered by the CCPA. We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding to certain requests, and we will explain the basis for any denial as required by law.
(a) Right to know and right to access: You have the right to request certain information we have collected about you. Once we receive and confirm a verifiable request from you, we will disclose to you, to the extent permitted by law:
- The specific pieces of Personal Information we hold about you.
- The categories of sources from which Personal Information about you is collected.
- The purposes for collecting, selling, or sharing your Personal Information.
You have the right to request that the Personal Information be delivered in a format that is both portable and easily usable, as long as it is technically possible to do so.
(b) Right to correct: You have the right to request that we correct your inaccurate Personal Information taking into account the nature of the Personal Information and the purposes of the processing of the Personal Information.
(c) Right to delete: You have the right to request deletion of your Personal Information.
(d) Right to opt-out of sale and sharing: You may have the right to opt out of the sale of Personal Information, the sharing of Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by applicable law.
(e) Right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
(f) Right to non-discrimination: You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by law, we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices or rates, provide you a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggest that you may receive a different price, rate, level, or quality of goods or services because you exercised your CCPA rights.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You may have the right to opt out of the sale of Personal Information or the sharing of Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by applicable law. You may exercise your right to opt out of sales and sharing by clicking this link: Your Privacy Choices. We also recognize the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) as a valid consumer request to opt out of sales and sharing for the browser you are using. We will process opt-out requests as required by applicable law and will not require you to create an account or provide information beyond what is necessary to process the request.
Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers or devices may transmit opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control. Where required by applicable law, we treat qualifying opt-out preference signals as valid requests to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device that sends the signal and, where applicable and known, the associated consumer profile.
How to Exercise Your Rights
California residents can exercise their rights to access, correction, or deletion by submitting a verifiable consumer request to us through any of the following methods:

Only you, or a person or entity you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
Responding to Your Verifiable Consumer Request
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
We respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. The disclosures we provide will cover the 12-month period preceding receipt of the verifiable consumer request, unless you request information beyond this time frame. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
We will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request. Before we are able to process your request for access or deletion of Personal Information, we will need to properly verify your identity for security purposes. If we possess appropriate Personal Information about you, such as name, email, or address, we will attempt to verify your identity using that information. If it is not reasonably possible to identify you, we may not be able to respond to your request.
To use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, we may require your authorized agent to provide proof that you gave the authorized agent signed permission to submit the request on your behalf. We may also require you to verify your identity directly with us or directly confirm with us that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
Retention of Personal Information
We retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The length of time we retain Personal Information may vary depending on the category of Personal Information and the context in which we collected it.
When determining the applicable retention period, we consider criteria such as applicable contractual requirements, our operational needs, legally mandated retention periods, pending or potential litigation, historical archiving needs, and intellectual property or ownership rights.
After the applicable retention period expires, we will delete, deidentify, or aggregate Personal Information in accordance with applicable law.
We may continue to use aggregated or deidentified information derived from Personal Information, provided that it does not identify you personally. Your ability to exercise privacy rights with respect to particular Personal Information may depend on whether we continue to maintain that Personal Information and whether an exception or limitation under applicable law applies.
California “Shine the Light”
California residents with an established business relationship with us may have the right to request information about certain disclosures of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, or to opt out of such disclosures, as provided by California Civil Code section 1798.83.
