For the first time in our 111 year history, we’ve been named to Engineering News-Record’s “ENR Top 600 Specialty Contractors“ list – coming in at number 16 in their “Top 20 Firms In Sheet Metal” category.
This annual list ranks companies according to the construction revenue they earned the previous year from specialty contracting. And the revenue generated by this year’s list showed a noticeable uptick over last year’s.
As a group, the Top 600 generated revenue of $135.20 billion in 2018, up 9.0% over $124.04 billion in 2017.

And CSM was proud to do our part.
In fact, we’re proud on a number of levels – not the least of which being that this recognition serves as a nice validation of our decision to switch to an ESOP – giving each employee a direct stake in the success of the company.
It’s a capacity for customization that’s made us one of the largest fabrication and installation providers in Southern California. And we’re just getting warmed up. So a big shout out to every member of the CSM team whose hard work and dedication helped land us in the ENR Top 600!
