The property owners of The Summit wanted to update the exterior look of the buildings for its tenants, including Northrop Grumman. Rather than completely tear down the exteriors, The Summit created new, modern entrances to multiple entry points of the buildings. ACM Panels created a modern look, while also being cut to the precise curves of the existing building facade. Custom railings provided a clean, smooth look and feel for visitors on their final approach. Perforated custom radius canopy, painted a bright orange, added the finishing touch of a splash of color, while also giving an open, airy feel to the outdoor seating area protected from the hot sun by the flowing canopies.
